IBM Daksh is currently looking for the following Specialists-Voice for Gurgaon:

Customer Care Executive-Voice: Graduate with BPO & Non-BPO experience. Freshers can also apply.

Semi-Technical Support-Voice: Graduate with 0-12 months of experience in Semi-Technical Process can apply.

Sr. Technical Support/ Technical Support-Voice: For its Technical COE, Graduate in any discipline, upto 35 years of age. Individual should be good at troubleshooting. Engineers from Civil, Mechanical stream can apply. Candidates with at least one year of BPO experience would be preferred.

IBM Daksh is looking for the following Specialist-Voice for its International and Domestic Processes in Chandigarh:

Technical Support Executive-Voice:

Graduate in any discipline, should have good technical knowledge in Desktop/ Laptop/ Troubleshooting and Networking concepts. Candidates with BPO experience in a Technical Process or with relevant troubleshooting experience would be preferred.

Customer Care Executive-Voice:

For its Domestic Business Unit. Graduate/ Undergraduate with BPO & Non-BPO experience. Freshers can also apply.

IBM Daksh is currently looking for Voice and Accent Trainers for Gurgaon and Chandigarh.

Voice & Accent Trainer:

Candidates should have excellent communication, interpersonal, team management and presentation skills. Knowledge of Voice and Accent Training procedures, soft skills, methods and techniques will be preferred. Freshers can also apply. Candidates need to come prepared with a 15min whiteboard presentation on a topic of their choice.

Candidates should be prepared to work in rotational shifts. Interested candidates should walk-in with their resume (mentioning the position 'applied for' on top of the resume) along with the highest qualification certificate, pay slips / salary certificate from current employer, valid photo ID / passport and one passport size photograph.
