INVITES APPLICATION FOR THE FOLLOWING POSTS ON CONTRACT BASIS:

1. Assistant Director(Tentative)(1 No.): Consolidated pay : Rs. 30000/-p.m.

Age; Below 64 years

Qualification and Experience: Retired employees of Central Government Cultural establishments with Grade pay, at the time of retirement, of R.s.7600 OR 3 years in the GP of Rs.6600 OR 5 years combined experience in the GP of Rs. 5400 and Rs.6600/-OR corresponding pre-revised scale. Retired State Government employees of corresponding scales having at least 3 year experience in Central Govt. Cultural establishments can also apply.

2. Accounts Officer (1 No): Consolidated pay. Rs. 20000/-p.m,

Age: Below 64 years

Qualification and Experience : Retired employees of Central Government establishments with Grade pay, at the time of retirement, of Rs.5400 or 8 years in the Grade pay of Rs.4800 or corresponding pre-revised scale, well versed in Accounts & Administration.

3. ProgrammeCoordinator(1 No):Cortsdidatedpay:Rs18000/-p.m.

Age: Bebw64years

Qualification and Experience: Retired employees of Cultural Departments/ Organisations under Government of India with Grade pay, at the time of retirement, of Rs.4800. Retired State Government employees of corresponding scales having at least 3 year experience in Central Govt. Cultural establishments can also apply.

Candidates below the age of 30 having Postgraduate Degree in Performing Arts/Fine Arts/Cultural Studies/History/Mass Communication with 3 years of experience at Management Level in organising Cultural Festivals of repute would also be considered.

4. Assistant (Admn. &Accts.)(2 Nos) : Consolidated pay: Rs.15O00/-p.m.

Age: Below 64 years

Qualification and Experience: Retired employees of Central Government with Grade pay of Rs.4200 and above, or corresponding scale in the pre-revised scale. Retired State Government employees of corresponding scale having at least 2 year experience in Central Govt, establishments can also apply.

PROJECT FELLOWS

(a.) Project Fellow (Vedic chanting) (1 No): Consolidated pay: Rs. 25000/-p.m. Age: Below 30 years

Qualification and Experience: Ph.D. in Vedic Studies/Three year experience in handling Research/Documentation projects after attaining Ph. D. (p.) Project Fellow (Documentation) (1 no): Consolidated pay: Rs.25000/-p.m. Age: Beiow 30 years

Qualification and Experience: Ph.D. in Library Science. Should have 3 year experience in documentation in the field of Art & Culture after attaining Ph. D. Experience in Visual Communication is desirable.

Excellent communication skill and working knowledge of Computer applications are essential for all the candidates. Knowledge of Hindi and more than one South Indian Languages is desirable.The selection Is purely on contract basis for a period of 6 months. The six monthly contact period could be extended up to a maximum of 3 years OR the incumbent attaining the age of 65 OR on completion of the Project whichever is earlier depending up on the performance of the individual and requirement. The Head Quarters would be SZCC, Thanjavur for all the above assignments.
