Chief Engineers- Maintanance: BE / BTech / Diploma Graduate with 15 years experience in a large format retail shop / Mall as a Maintenance Engineer with experience in Operation & maintenance of Civil / HVAC / O & M of Electrical & Plumbing / Annual Budget Making/ Implementation of work place and fire safety norms in the building.
2.Project Manager :BE / BTech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with 10-15 years experience in which 5 years' experience within 2/3 Factory Shed & Warehouses' Design and Construction of projects as a PM or Project Engineer. Diploma holder's with 20 years experience can also apply.
3.HVAC/ PHE Engineer: BE / BTech/ Diploma with 5-7 years experience in Installation /
Testing / Commissioning of HVAC / PHE in any Hospitality Industry / High- rise Building

5.Security Manager/Chief Security Officer Graduate / Post Graduate Ex -service man with 6-10 years experience in Security Management, Workplace Safety, liaison with Local Authorities, Preparation of Annual Security Budget etc,
