Please respond to the following positions:
Execution - Project Manager / Engineers
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering with 12-15 years of experience in well and pile foundation and recast segmental construction for bridge or metro projects. Should have strong execution capabilities of handling major sites. Applicants with less experience can be considered for Engineer position.
Planning & Billing - Senior Manager / Engineers
PGDACM or Degree in Civil Engineering having 15 years' experience in bridge or metro planning independently. Should have complete project planning experience for atleast 2 to 3 bridge / flyover projects. Should be well versed with project planning tools like MS Project or Primavera. Candidates with less experience can be considered for Engineer position.
Stores - Stores In-charge (Manager) / Stores Assistant
Graduate with Diploma in Materials Management from IIMM and having minimum 12 year's experience which includes independent handling of site stores responsibilities, system and procedure audit reconciliation's and hands on working experience in ERP environment is a must. Candidates with 3 to 5 years experience can be considered for Store Assistant position.
QA/ QC - Senior Manager / Assistant Manager
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering with 12-15 year's site experience in concrete design mix and independent management of quality control, internal audit system and safety at projects site. Should have handled large project independently. Applicants with less experience can be considered for Assistant Manager position.
HR-Manager
MBA-Human Resources/ MSW with 8-10 year's experience in construction industry. Should have independently handled large construction sites with an employee strength of more than 1500. Should have experience in manpower planning and budgeting, talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement activities and HR brand building.
Casting Yard-Assistant Manager
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering with 5-8 year's experience in handling pre-cast units.
Fabrication - Manager
Mechanical Engineering degree with 8-10 year's experience in fabrication of heavy steel structure like steel pylon and heavy column structure. Should have sound knowledge of quality assurance, testing and inspection procedure.
Foundation & Substructure- Assistant Manager
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 year's experience and knowledge of well foundation, open foundation and well point dewatering system. Should have worked in bridge and metro projects in reputed organizations.
Foreman (Casting Yard)
SSC with 15 year's construction experience in handling pre cast unit, casting, as well as shifting work. Must have worked in reputed organization in similar fields.
Foreman (Foundation & Substructure)
SSC with 15 year's construction experience in handling well sinking / jack down system and must have knowledge in complete dewatering system.
