One of our leading MNC CLIENT into medical assistance, international healthcare, security services and outsourced customer care requires Customer Service Executive-Female


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To ensure continuity of services to International SOS clients by telephone and other communication systems in the manner described in the International SOS procedure manual and also Standard Operating Practices for each program.
2. To ensure that mandated Service Levels are adhered to on an individual, shift and team basis.
3. To deliver the highest quality of service clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
4. To document all manners related to each request for assistance using the forms and systems made available by the company to ensure continuity of service 24 hours a day.
5. To contribute to the financial viability of the company by providing the billing department with updated billing instructions, by providing the accounts department with relevant information on services providers/correspondents used and by securing payment prior to delivery of services to non-members.
6. To assist in the expansion of the International SOS network by extracting all relevant information on new service providers from the case files and channel this information to the network executive.
7. To keep all office equipment in good working order and report any defects to the HR/ Admin manager immediately.
8. To cultivate the International SOS network of service providers and correspondents by building and maintaining a professional working relationship with them in the course of the case handling.
9. To support shift leaders, supervisors, AOM and OM to achieve target service delivery and financial goals.
10. To stimulate team work with all department of International SOS India and staff in the other International SOS alarm centres and other International SOS businesses by cooperating in a professional manner during the case handling.
11. To own and manage specific customer programs assigned.

Candidates Profile;
• Minimum 1-2 years experience, preferably International call center,front office, guest relations, concierge, retail outlets, aviation – in flight crew etc.
• Good thinking ability - creative and out of the box.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Language capability: must be at least bilingual (Hindi, English) in order to be able to assist the member, which will ensure better communication, better quality in the delivery of service and meet the contractual obligations between the member and International SOS.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience of complaint handling with the ability to resolve issues by developing coaching and development interventions.
• Report writing skills.
• IT literate and conversant with contemporary computer software. Must be well versed with Internet and proactive in sourcing of items (luxury brands, goods, services). Good knowledge of MS Office – Word/ Excel and PPT.
• Good telephone etiquette to ensure that International SOS projects a professional service oriented image to its members. This skill is critical.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
