Sr. Manager/ Assistant General Manager Production (Chemical) - (Code: CHEM - 01)
B.E. (Chem.) from an Institute of repute, having 15-20 years experience in controlling and supervision of Polymerisation & solvent recovery plant, Improving productivity, reduction in cost and best utilization of manpower. Exposure to man-made Fibre industry will be preferred. He shall head the Chemical Deptt.
Deputy Manager / Manager - (Electronics / Electrical) - (Code: ELT - 02)
B.E. (Electrical / Electronics) with 12-15 years experience Or Diploma (Electrical/ Electronics) with 20-25 years in Erection, Commissioning & Maintenance of DC Drives (Digital / Analog), AC Drives, PLC, Relay Logic, MCC, SCADA system, HT & LT System, Transformers, Motors, PCC, Pay loaders & Forklifts in a continuous process plant. Exposure of working on DCS System will be preferred.
Dy. Manager / Manager - (Instrumentation) - (Code: INST - 03)
B.E. (Instrumentation / Electronics) with 12-15 years experience Or Diploma (Instrumentation/ Electronics) with 20-25 years experience in Erection, Commissioning & Maintenance of Smart Family Instruments. Exposure of working on DCS System & maintenance of MOD30 controller, Pneumatic, Electronic & Lab Instruments.
Dy. Manager / Manager Mechanical (Maintenance) - (Code: MECH - 04)
B.E. (Mechanical) with 12-15 years or Diploma (Mechanical) with 20-25 years experience in the field of Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Rotary and Stationary Equipments in a continuous process plant. Candidates having experience of handling project activities in a process plant will be preferred.
Dy. Manager / Manager - (Civil) - (Code: CIVIL - 05)
B.E. (Civil) having 12-15 years experience of supervising construction activities in any industrial establishment with knowledge of Project Execution and Structural designing.
Asstt. Officer / Officer (FIRE) - (Code: FIRE - 06)
Graduation in any discipline alongwith recognized Diploma course in Fire from Nagpur Fire Services College / any other recognized institution. Having 5 yrs exp. in supervising the fire fighting aspect in a large continuous chemical process / petrochemical plant.
Jr. Engr./ Asstt. Engr./ Engr (Fibre Line - Operation) - (Code: FL - 07)
B.E. / Diploma in Textile Technology from an institute of repute with 02-10 years of exp. in man-made Fibre industry. he shall be responsible for shift supervision of fibre production in the Fibre Line Department comprising of main manufacturing Line, high shrinkage line to tow to tops converter and shall also be responsible for improving productivity, identifying areas of improvements, cost reduction, effective utilization of manpower.
Draughtsman - (Mechanical) - (Code: DRM - 08)
ITI - Draughtsman (Mechanical) having 5-10 years experience of preparing equipment layout. ISO Metrics, Piping, Machine drawings and Electrical drawings etc. Knowledge of AUTOCAD is essential.
Manager / Sr. Manager (Personnel) - (Code: PERS - 09)
M.S.W. / M.B.A. (HR) having 15-20 years experience in handling HR Generalist, Personnel and IR Functions at Factory level in any reputed manufacturing organization.
Chief Security Officer (Asstt. Mgr. / Dy. MGR.) - (Code: CSO - 10)
The incumbent should be an Experience Serviceman from Defence or Para Military Forces of the Rank of Captain, Assist. / Dy. Commandant or equivalent with around 5 years experience in handling Industrial Security.
