Faculty Positions: Delhi and Bhubaneswar Campus


International Management Institute invites applications for faculty positions at the level of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor for their Delhi and Bhubaneswar Campus.

Areas: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Operations, IT and Strategy.

Education and Experience: Ph.D. from a well-known university/ institute or Fellow from an IIM/similar Institution. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to make relevant intellectual contribution to experienced and potential managers through teaching, training research and published work. Faculty members are expected to carry out research, design and teach courses, engage in institution development and conduct training program and consultancy. Relevant experience in student supervision at the post-graduate level is desirable. Managerial experience in private and public sector companies will also be considered in lieu of academic experience for appointment at the level of Professor/ Associate Professor.

Professor - Minimum 15 years of teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least five years should be at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent.

Associate Professor - Minimum five years teaching/ research / industrial experience of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.

Assistant Professor - Minimum three years of teaching/ research / industrial experience (excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D) A fresh Ph.D may be considered for the position on contract basis or for appointment as Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer.
