Factory Manager (Production)

Managing all aspects of manufacturing (productivity, quality, safety etc).

Factory Engineering - Asst. Manager

Establish highly efficient (quality, cost, productivity) manufacturing plant, process administration & factory engineering (promoting mass-production of new products and controlling standards).

Factory Engineering - Sr. Executive & Executive:

You should be specialized in Either -

Cost Control: Managing manufacturing costs (including labour cost, etc); monitoring, control and reporting.

Assembly System: Development of assembly systems for mass production of new products; tooling & process design.

Mould Maintenance: Stamping die maintenance operations & management; Improvement (development & production tooling).

New Product Development: Design & prototyping mould; Migration & change management for mass-production.

Component System: Development of component systems for mass production; Tooling & process design.

Facilities Maintenance: Planning & Implementation of maintenance preventive & corrective); spare parts management.

Component - Sr. Executive & Executive

Component Site management (safety, quality, production, 5S activities; Training & developing workforce.

Unit Assembly Process - Asst. Manager, Sr. Executive & Executive

Floor Operation of QCD at the assembly plant; KPI Management (productivity/quality/operation ratio/efficiency); Safety.

Quality Assurance & Control: Manager, Asst. Manager, Sr. Executive & Executive

Production quality management & process control including product safety (ISO 9001/ ISO 14000, RoHS Management).

Planning, Procurement, Material Control - Asst. Manager, Sr. Executive, Executive

Annual PSI (Production/ Sales/ Inventory) plan, focus on inventory; Manage Factory Warehouse & Supply Chain.

Procurement - Assistant Manager, Sr. Executive

Purchase of all parts & materials per production plan; JIT/VMI supply, supplier & inventory management, with zero line stoppage.

Logistics - Sr. Executive & Executive

Logistics of finished product to sales warehouses, across India; Synchronizing with Sales Department.

Planning - Assistant Manager/ Sr. Executive

Business Planning (Mid - term Planning, Business Strategy, etc) and Project Management.

Personnel & Administration - Assistant Manager/ Sr. Executive

Developing & Implementing personnel policies system (along with India HQ); manage workforce, payroll, T & D, employee welfare, safety and hygiene, PR & statutory compliance, etc.

Facility/Environment Management - Manager

Factory facility & environmental management (including electrical infrastructure, air-conditioning, water supply & drainage etc.)

Customer Satisfaction Center - Sr. Executive

Planning & managing spare parts inventory & delivery systems; Trains service engineer and promotes service technical measures.

Note: For the above positions, applicants should be Graduate/ BE/ MBA with relevant work experience; Manager Level (8+ years)

• Assistant Manager Level (5-7 years)

• Senior Executive Level (3-5 years)

• Executive (2-3 years).

Experience in Consumer Durable manufacturing plant (AC, washing machine, etc) will be preferred.
