ASSISTANT COOK

Job Location: Singapore

Job Description: ASSISTANT COOK – (NORTH INDIAN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow the work instructions from Chef.

Good knowledge in cooking of North Indian Curries & Indian Curry.

Must bring extensive range of menu items relating to above categories to the

organization.

Must contribute is part as an assistant cook, kitchen helper and general worker.

Cooking of different types of meats, gravies etc. required to prepare allocate orders

and banquet menu.

Good Team player with Multitasking skills

Ensuring to implement efficient cooking cycle of ensure freshness and minimum wastage.

Experience and skills in South Indian food will be an extra advantage.

Functional Area: Hotel Management

Functional Role: Cook/Sr. Cook

Candidate Requirement

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management'

Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in North Indian curries.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi..

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Preferred Resume Format: MS-Word

Compensation Details

Salary: 4.50 Lakhs to 5.90 Lakhs (Indian Rupees)
